This washed coffee is made up of Yellow Caturra, Bourbon and Gesha Varieties and grown at 1770 masl. This was the first harvest on their farm, located in the San Jose Del Alto district and they only produced 24 bags of which 5 were from this lot! But it’s impressive with notes of malted caramel, honeydew melon and floral overtones ;-)
